2 weeks. we got 2 weeks of summer this year. and now the evenings are chilly, and my tootsies will soon need to be warmed by cowhide. i’m bitter, but would me more bitter if I’d found the perfect summer dress sometime in the past 4 months, but no such luck. I am too picky or too fat or too poor or too lazy, depending on the day. Based on my closet, I am a sucker for brown suede boots and booties. Pretty sure these are totally different than anything I have, and much better, so I’ll have to get them.

there’s a good chance these would be extremely uncomfortable. i generally choose comfort > fashion, which may or may not be a good thing. probably could wear my lulus a little less. doesn’t matter how cute your shoes are if they hurt so bad you’re walking like you hooped a cactus. i’d give these bucklers a try just in case though.

i remember my first pair of pointy shoes back in the day. was kinda self conscious when I debuted them, thought it maybe looked like there was an elf in my pants. glad some other shapes are back, but these purple nurples are nice too and I’d get them if only they had my size. 70% off and going fast.

finally enjoying the first few days of sweet sweet summer, and alread it’s fall in fashionland. I guess it’s good to be prepared, know in advance what your ‘look’ will be, sign up for relevant classes and buy relevant concert tickets to make sure your look is ‘authentic’ and really does match your lifestyle. don’t really appreciate the reminder that 2.3 hours of sunshine a day is coming again though.

i feel weird about how this bag used to be a cute little deadly crocodile. It’s not like using leather from a cow, cause you get burgers and stuff from it too so that’s just efficient. are there croc burgers? That might make me feel better about carrying this around. What kind of skin is ok to use for fashion and what kind isn’t? Where do you draw the line? Sorry to get all serious on you. Just don’t want to wake up one day in a world where it’s ok to wear a dog purse.
